How fast will my order arrive?
We aim for same-day delivery on most orders, and our riders work hard to get to you as fast as possible. Exact timing depends on your distance from our store, current order volume and weather.
Where do you deliver?
We're currently operating in select pin codes and adding new neighbourhoods every week. Open the app and enter your address to see if we deliver to you.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — the current minimum order value is ₹99. This may change from time to time; the app always shows the latest amount.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for a limited introductory period. A small platform fee of ₹1 applies. Packaging is free for now. See our pricing page for the latest.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once you place an order, you can track its status live in the app — order confirmed, being packed, out for delivery, and delivered.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking — all securely processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is also available for orders in select pin codes.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never store your card details on our servers. All card payments are handled directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay.
How do wallet credits work?
Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are credited to your in-app Haper wallet. Wallet credits can be used to pay for future orders. They do not expire and are not withdrawable to a bank account.
Cancellations & refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel within 1 minute of placing the order. After that, your order moves into packing and cannot be cancelled.
What if an item is missing or damaged?
Tell our rider at the doorstep — we'll process an instant refund to your wallet. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept return claims after the rider has left.
How long do refunds take?
Wallet refunds are instant. We do not refund to the original payment method — all refunds are issued as Haper wallet credits.
Account & app
How do I create an account?
Open the Haper app, enter your phone number and verify it with the OTP we send you. You can also sign in with Google.
Is the app on iOS?
Not yet — but it's coming soon. The Android app is live on the Google Play Store today.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@haper.in from your registered email or phone, and we will delete your account within 14 days. An in-app option is coming soon.
